After more than 25 years working in industrial processing and packaging equipment businesses, including senior leadership positions at global organisations, I started Evolvinbizz with a clear objective:
To help industrial businesses make better decisions and turn strategy into practical action.
Throughout my career I have been fascinated by the connection between customers, commercial strategy, organisational capability and business performance.
My passion lies in helping people see opportunities, simplify complexity and build bridges between strategy and execution.
Because most business challenges are rarely solved by theory alone. They are solved by understanding the business, asking the right questions and helping people move forward together.

Paul Mol is an accomplished finance executive with over 20 years of experience. Starting at KPMG he continued working in high-performing international companies like Johnson Controls, GEA, and Electrolux; but also as Group CFO of a start up. This underscores his adaptability and effectiveness across diverse organizational contexts.
Paul has lived and worked across the globe including Europe; USA and Asia. He understands the nuances of global business dynamics; allowing him to close cultural GAPs and foster effective collaboration in today’s interconnected world.
Paul has a passion for transformation, driving change, and increasing performance. He develops and implements finance strategies that support growth and profitability. His industry-best-in-class practices ensure fast improvements in efficiency and transparency, delivering tangible value to businesses.
Next to finance Paul had leadership roles in Sourcing and IT. This helps him to understand the value drivers and needs of the business (owners); making him a all-around sounding board for company leadership.

Sandra Luthart has over 20 years of experience as a consultant and trainer. She assists management teams in achieving their goals by translating vision and strategy into behavior across all levels of the organization.
She conducts training in leadership, sales, communication, and team development. This works best as part of a holistic approach, ensuring all departments or disciplines are aligned and collaborating effectively.
Sandra enjoys working with people, has a lot of energy to offer, and delights in receiving the same in return. She appreciates hard work and thinks it is important that you enjoy what you do.
Since 2016, Sandra has been the Managing Director of Gustav Käser Nederland BV, leading a small team across the country.
